In order to achieve its mission, vision and values, IMED Hospitales’ quality and environmental management system is based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The system's goals are maintaining the efficiency, safety and reliability of our service and care, under the umbrella of Sustainability.

IMED Hospitales sets its own Quality and Environmental Policy, which includes the following improvement commitments:

To carry out constant training plans for all Hospital employees in order to ensure their maximum qualification and competence regarding their work and patient care.
To consider the best technologies available in the market when defining improvement goals in order to achieve efficient and responsible service of the highest quality.
To comply with the application requirements: those established by patients and customers, as well as legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
To establish improvement toolsto address the organization's risks and opportunities, and to achieve constant improvement regarding the effectiveness of the organization's management system and environmental performance.
To prevent pollution by minimizing the environmental risks derived from the environmental aspects of the organization. From a life cycle perspective, the company takes into consideration the correct management of generated healthcare waste and the sustainable use of resources.
